Pricing based on 75-200 guests (space for 300+)
 

April - November 

 

Saturday Celebrations- $4,800.00  (10 hr. rental)
Friday and Sunday Celebrations- $3,400.00 (8 hr. rental)
Price per guest over 200- $8.00- $10.00

December - March

Saturday Celebration- $4,000.00  (10 hr. rental)
Friday and Sunday Celebration- $2,800.00 (8 hr. rental)
Price per guest over 200- $8.00- $10.00

A 25% nonrefundable deposit of the rental fee is required to reserve your date.
The remainder plus a $400 damage deposit is due 
three weeks prior to your event date.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover with an additional 3% charge.

10 Hour Celebration includes

  • 10 hours for your Special Day!   (You choose the time.)
  • 5 hours before your ceremony start time for decorating, getting ready, & relaxing 
  • 5 hours after the ceremony start time for ceremony and  reception
  • 1 hour for rehearsal prior to event date, based on availability
  • Choose your ceremony site ( gazebo, front porch, amongst the pecan trees, pavilion, etc.)
  • 200 White Garden chairs for ceremony 
  • 200 White folding chairs and 20- 72" round tables for your reception
  • 4 eight ft. and 2 six ft. rectantle tables (for food, cake, gifts, etc.) 
  • Basic polyester linens with many colors to choose (tablecloths only) 
  • Set up of all tables and chairs
  • We do all the clean up, not to include outside vendor/caterer's clean up  
  • Spacious bride's dressing room with bathroom and large groom's room
  • Bear claw bathtub (great for drinks on ice- like an ice chest)
  • Use of Portable PA system for wedding ceremony outside the pavilion. (Includes lapel microphone
  • and 2 wireless hand held microphones)
  • Sound System, DVD player, and Televisions in Pavilion for computer/I-pod and slideshows 
  • 5,110 sq. ft. weather protected pavilion with ceiling fans and airconditioned restrooms
  • Fabulous rain plan 
  • Mosquito misting system
  • Festive tree lighting
  • Approximately 2000 sq. ft. of pool patio decks (no use of pool except for floating decorations)  
  • The privilege of securing your own caterer and other vendors (No in house required vendors)
  • Parking Attendants to assist guests (no valet parking)
  • On site management
