Exit Bethany and go east. Bethany will turn into W. Lucas Road. Turn left at E. Lucas Rd. (also FM 3286). Traveling on E. Lucas Rd. you will cross two bridges over Lake Lavon, bringing you to FM 982. (DO NOT turn left at 546) Turn right onto FM 982 (South) and travel 2.5 miles to the property on the right. (7450 FM 982)

From Hwy. 75 & Eldorado in McKinney:
Travel east on Eldorado. Eldorado changes to Industrial. Turn right on FM 546 (East). Travel 9.5 miles to 546 (Smokey D's BBQ). Turn left on 546 (East). Turn right on FM 982 (South). Property is 2.5 miles on the right. (7450 FM 982)

From Hwy. 75 & 380:
Travel east on 380 towards Princeton. Turn right on FM 982. Travel 7.5 miles south to property on the right. (7450 FM 982)

From Rockwall & Wylie:
From Rockwall take 205 north towards Lavon. Turn left on Hwy. 78 to Wylie. Turn right on FM 544 (West Kirby St.). Turn right at Wylie High School on FM 1378 (Country Club Rd.) Travel appx. 5.4 miles to Lucas Rd. (3286) (Lucas Foods).  Turn right on Lucas Rd.  Travel 4.7 miles to FM 982 (DO NOT turn left at 546). Turn right onto FM 982 (South) and travel 2.5 miles to property on the right. (7450 FM 982)
