The 1899 Farmhouse is a sophisticated & secluded, outdoor venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions serving North Texas, including Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Wylie, Garland, and Rockwall. The grounds are also a great place for corporate events, reunions, birthday parties, or any special occasion. These beautiful 11 acres near Lucas and Lake Lavon, feature an historic house built in 1899, swimming pool, 5,100 sq.ft. weather-protected reception facility, and many large pecan trees. This unique wedding and event venue is accessible from Dallas, Plano, Allen, McKinney, Wylie, Garland, Mesquite, and Rockwall.

1899 Farmhouse proudly supports JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and Southwestern Diabetic Foundation: a non-profit organization that funds Camp Sweeney - a life management training camp for children & teens with type 1 diabetes.
